Tim Thomas is a former Australian Special Forces Commando and MMA fighter who has transformed his personal battles with PTSD, chronic fatigue, and high-performance pressure into a mission to help people reclaim their energy, focus, and peace. With frontline deployments in Afghanistan and East Timor, Tim understands what it takes to operate—and survive—under extreme stress.
