Victor Dominello is a former senior NSW Government minister, globally recognised for pioneering the role of Minister for Customer Service and Digital in 2019. Over 12 years in cabinet, he led portfolios including Digital Government, Innovation, and Finance, earning acclaim for transforming public service delivery through initiatives like Service NSW and the Digital Restart Fund. A former commercial lawyer and partner, Victor co-founded ServiceGen in 2023, advising governments on innovative service strategies. In 2025, he launched the Future Government Institute, a global hub for public sector innovation. That same year, Okta Ventures named him one of The Identity 25, featuring his image on the Nasdaq Tower in Times Square. Victor is Chair of Services Australia’s Independent Advisory Board, Senior Advisor to the Tony Blair Institute, a UNSW Professor, and a Board Director of the Tech Council of Australia
